We'd love everyone in our class to send photographs of themselves playing sports or doing other exercise. Share challenges with us - how many roll lifts in 30 seconds, how many baskets in one minute. We'd love if you send us screenshots of any runs you do - no matter how short. It's important to try exercise each day. I try to walk or run every day.
